Package Your Items
Securely pack your apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from any signs of wear.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
